My bio poem using similes.


I am as ….
Quick as a cheater
Small as a pappy    
Happy as a elephant

Nice as a Toby
Mean as a tiger
Cold as a rat


Loud as a rooster
Quiet as a lion


Shy as a duck
Busy as a class
Put it all together and you’ve got Shay!

    What wonderful examples you have used Shay. Do you think lions are quiet all of the time? Do you really think that tigers are mean? Maybe sometimes they are just hungry.

It made me think of some of the things that you could hear out in the jungle. Have you thought about trying to add something that you might hear in everyday life?
